2nd Saturday Dog Day

The 2nd Saturday in the Garden welcomes the whole family — including the ones with four legs.
Dogs must remain on a non-retractable leash at all times, and waste must be properly disposed of. Limit two dogs per household.
FREE with Garden admission.
Treefort Story Hour

Story time, but make it opera. Tulsa Opera returns to our Treefort for a back-to-school story hour where the singers don’t just read the story — they sing it, and the kids sing along. A Garden favorite.

Monarch Experience & Grandparents Day
September 13, 2026
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Monarchs migrate through Tulsa every September on their way to Mexico — and on the 13th, the Garden is theirs. Watch a live butterfly get tagged for research, hear from Master Gardeners and native-plant experts, make butterfly crafts with the kids, and take home Garden-grown milkweed.
It’s Grandparents Day too — grandparents receive a gift.

Come honor Hispanic Heritage Month, see the Caja de Agua — a gift from our sister city San Luis Potosí — and, starting Saturday, step into BOOtanical.
BOOtanical: Autumn Festival & Pumpkin Patch
September 19 – October 31, 2026
10:00 am - 5:00 pm (closed Mondays)
Every fall, the Garden turns into BOOtanical — six weeks of pumpkins, hay bales, scarecrows and cool-evening Thursdays that Tulsa families come back for year after year. It opens Saturday, September 19 and runs straight through Halloween.
What’s waiting for you
- The Hay Maze — built by hand, big enough to lose the kids in (briefly)
- The Pumpkin Patch — pick your own to take
- Scarecrow Row — dozens of scarecrows built by local businesses, schools, scouts and families for the Scarecrow Challenge. Walk the row, pick a favorite, and vote.
- The Spooky Trail — Thursdays from October 1, 5–7:30 PM. A lantern-lit, not-too-scary walk through the Garden after dark. $12 non-members / $10 members, add-on to general admission.
- Bands & Blooms every Thursday, 6–8 PM — live music with food and drinks for purchase, included with admission

DIG: Day in the Garden Fundraiser

Join us for the Garden’s annual DIG family fundraiser, where children and adults can play, garden, and connect with nature through hands-on activities and outdoor fun! Every ticket supports the Driskill Children’s Discovery Garden, helping children and families learn, explore, and grow together.
Early Member Mornings

Enjoy a peaceful start to the day during Early Member Mornings at Tulsa Botanic Garden. Members receive exclusive access to the Garden from 8:30–10:00 a.m., with complimentary coffee provided while you explore the grounds before public hours.
Note: Garden is not open to the public January and February

Tickets are non-refundable. No outside food or drink is allowed. All transactions onsite are cashless. Any individual who visits the Tulsa Botanic Garden, understands and assumes all risk inherent with attending a Botanic Garden, including but not limited to: trips and falls, stings and bites, and other potential hazards. Tulsa Botanic Garden is not liable for such occurrences. By entering the Tulsa Botanic Garden, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in photography and video for the Garden’s promotional and educational purposes. Your use of an admission ticket and/or your visit to the Tulsa Botanic Garden, constitutes acknowledgement of the above mentioned.
MEMBERS: To reserve/purchase member tickets, select the date/entry time window you wish to attend/arrive. To see member tickets, select “I have a membership” and enter Membership Number and click “Verify”. Once verified you will see “Member Tickets” in purple bar with Member tickets by age category listed underneath. Add number of tickets and continue.
If you don’t have membership Number, click “I forgot My Number” and enter email address associated with your membership to have your membership number emailed to you. If you receive message, “email not valid”, call or email the Garden to check your contact information.
