October Events at the Garden
October 2024 Events
Garden hours in October are Tuesday-Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and open until 8 p.m. every Thursday for our fall Bands & Blooms concerts and BOOtanical!
At BOOtanical, families can stroll through the decorated pathways to visit BOOtanical booths celebrating the Monarch Butterfly with new games and loads of treats! Each week we will also have costumed characters greeting and taking photos with BOOtanical guests (Each child participating in BOOtanical will need a BOOtanical ticket in addition to a regular admission ticket.)
Autumn in the Botanic Garden with pumpkin patch, hay maze and scarecrows to see continues through Oct. 31!
Early Member Mornings continue every Friday through Nov. 22. Garden members have early access on Fridays starting at 8:30 a.m.

Friday, Oct. 4, 10:30 a.m.: First Friday Horticulture Tour
Saturday, Oct. 5, 11 a.m.: Tree Fort Storytime
Monday, Oct. 7: Botanic Garden of Lights tickets on sale to Garden Members – Early Bird Special – Members save $1/ticket when purchasing Oct. 7-13.
Thursday, Oct. 10, 10 a.m.: Grand Opening/Ribbon cutting for the Jim and Cherry Bost Arboretum
Thursday, Oct. 10, 6-8 p.m.: Bands & Blooms – Carmela + the Band
Friday, Oct. 11, 8:30 & 9:30 a.m.: Early Member Morning: Tours of the Jim and Cherry Bost Arboretum

Regular admission is FREE for Garden members. Non-members: $10 for ages 16+, $5 for ages 3-15.
