Feel the Flow for the New Year!

Guests will enjoy a gentle, reflective yoga session hosted by our friends at the Humble Warrior Collective, with the magical tapestry of sunset, leading into the evening’s full moon – known as the Wolf Moon; it’s the first full moon of the year.

This class will be held indoors, inside the Tulsa Botanic Garden’s Mabee Grange event center.

We will embrace the energy of the current full moon with calming, grounding poses, gentle breathwork, and introspective meditation to invite a sense of peace and connection with nature. We will have some “make and take” art projects as well, so there will be activities for all to enjoy. Light refreshments will be available.

Please arrive by 6:30 p.m. to park and walk directly to the Mabee Grange event center for check-in. Class will begin at 7:00 p.m.
• Mats, blocks, and blankets are provided by the instructor, but you’re welcome to bring your own favorite Yoga equipment.

**Advance purchase required – the Garden is CLOSED in January, and all guests will need to have a ticket for entry. No walk-ups, or on-site sales are possible.**
