Prop it like it’s hot and join Horticulturist Alison Jackson in a Basics of Propagation Workshop! Tour our private greenhouse and get your hands dirty in this interactive and informative workshop. We will show you how to produce plants asexually using various propagation techniques such as stem cuttings, layering, and division. The plants used in this workshop will be sourced directly from our gardens so you’ll be able to take a little slice of heaven home with you!

Class size is limited to 15.

Each participant will receive a pair of garden shears/scissors, one perennial potted plant and make and take 4 foam starts of their choosing from a selection of plants that will be available.

Tickets are $30 for Garden members and $35 for non-members. Tickets include all of the above as well as Garden admission.

Online ticket sales close Oct. 15 or when sold out, whichever comes first.
