Throw on your favorite costume and join us Thursday evenings in October, 6-8 p.m., as the Children’s Discovery Garden transforms into an enchanting garden for a BOOtanical Experience! Families can stroll through the lighted pathways and past non-spooky decorations to visit eleven BOOtanical booths including ghost origami, pictures with a costumed character, maggot painting, and games!
With a ticket to BOOtanical, each child gets a wristband and bag for carrying their crafts and prizes. Each child participating in BOOtanical Experience will need a BOOtanical ticket in addition to a regular admission ticket.
BOOtanical tickets purchased in advance are $8/participating child for Garden members, $10 for non-member children. Same day tickets are $10/$12 per participating child.
(Garden admission tickets must be purchased in addition to BOOtanical tickets. There is no additional charge for adults accompanying children other then regular admission.)

Join a Garden horticulturist for a guided walking tour exploring what’s in bloom and other plants of seasonal interest throughout the Garden. The tour is free with Garden admission. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis through a sign-up sheet in the Visitor Center on the morning of the tour. Pre-purchase Garden admission tickets below.
