Online Class via Zoom ONLY; Materials included and available for pickup at Botanic Garden (details below)

Ready to work in your garden this year, but not sure where to start? Seeds are the very best way to get to know plants! Even first time gardeners can find success in the garden with the right seeds. Our instructors have selected seed varieties that are suited to our local growing conditions, so that you can grow and harvest your own veggies and flowers. All experience levels are welcome in this class. We cover the basics, will provide everything you need to get started, and provide basic gardening information to help you grow your own. You will also be better prepared when shopping those tempting seed displays that pop up everywhere in the spring!

Materials kit is included with class registration and include a variety of seeds, growing tray, potting media, labels, and crop specific information. Seeds included: Cosmos, Zinnia, Green beans, Basil ‘Elidia’, Tomato, Radish, Tomatillo ‘Toma Verde’ and Toscano kale.

Registration: $16 for Garden Members; $20 for non-members.
