June ushers in the lush growth, lilies and more blossoms every day!  Watch and listen for hummingbirds, butterflies, bees and other pollinators visiting flowers throughout the Garden.

Sunday, June 6, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.: Boozy, Brunchy Dog Days of Summer
Bring your pup on our special Dog Days (when they can visit the Garden with you).  From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Kiss My Cook food truck will have  brunchy food options and cocktails (and other drinks) made with Garden-grown herbs will be available. Upcoming Dates: Sundays, July 4 - Calaveras truck and August 1 - Calaveras truck.  General admission and $4 for non-member dogs - tickets must be purchased in advance.

Thursday, June 10, 6-8 p.m.: Bands & Blooms: Gregory Fallis and The Green Horns (rescheduled from May 27)
Enjoy “songs from the bayou” from this five-piece New Orleans style jazz band with musician and vocalist Gregory Fallis. Greg formerly toured with The Glenn Miller Orchestra. A food truck will be available. Cash bar with beer, wine, water and more will be available at 5:30 p.m. Bring blanket and chairs.  

Saturday, June 12, 10 a.m. – noon: Let’s Fly a Kite with The Magical Nanny!
Families are invited to come fly a kite on the lawn with The Magical Nanny from 10 a.m. to noon.  Bring your own kite or make one here - supplies are limited, so advance admission tickets are strongly encouraged. There will also be sing-alongs and story time.  This is a come-and-go event, free with general admission tickets - purchased in advance.

Thursday, June 17: 10:30-11 a.m.: Treefort Storytime
Enjoy a nature-themed story in the Children’s Discovery Garden. Explore what’s blooming in the Children’s Discovery Garden afterward. Bring a picnic lunch if you like!  Free with general admission. Upcoming Storytimes: July 15 and August 19

Sunday, June 20, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Father's Day Animal and Botanical Scavenger Hunt
Bring the family out and test your observations skills as you explore the Garden! Pick up a scavenger hunt in the Visitor Center for things to find as you stroll.  Free with general admission.

GENERAL ADMISSION is FREE for Garden members!  $8 for ages 13+, $4 for ages 3-12. Children 2 and under are free, but require a ticket.
