Tulsa Proposal Package $175 - One hour of use (Tuesday – Sunday 10am – 5pm)

  • Admission for couple
  • Admission for friend (to help set up area and take photos); $8 per additional guest
  • Reserved Pavilion within Tandy Floral Terraces, roped off to public, for 1 hour
  • 2 metal bistro chairs and picnic blanket
  • Bonus Photography session in the Garden, to be scheduled during hours we are open to the public
  • Requires 20% deposit at time of booking, may be rescheduled due to poor weather

 

After-Hours Tulsa Proposal Package: $250 - One hour of after-hours use (5pm – 6pm: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

  • Admission for couple
  • Admission for friend (to help set up area and take photos); $8 per additional guest
  • Reserved Pavilion within the Tandy Floral Terraces, roped off to public, for 1 hour
  • 2 metal bistro chairs and picnic blanket
  • Bonus Photography session in the Garden, to be scheduled during hours we are open to the public
  • Requires 20% deposit at time of booking, may be rescheduled due to poor weather

 

Optional Proposal Add On’s:

• Ice bucket, 2 champagne glasses, bottle of chilled Prosecco $30
• Bring your dog for proposal $50 (MUST be after hours) OR during Dog Days.
• Bring your professional photographer for 2 hour duration: $100 (discounted from normal photographer fee).

Garden General Admission Prices: Admission is FREE for Garden members; $8 for ages 13+, $4 for ages 3-12 Children 2 and under are free.  $4 for Dogs *only allowed on specific “Dog Days”*

Proposals without Package:

You may propose anytime during open hours of the Garden. No props or reserved spaces are permitted without expressed permission and contract from Tulsa Botanic Garden. You may bring a (non-professional) photographer friend to capture the event for a $50 additional fee. If using a professional photographer, the fee is $200.

** All proposals must follow Garden Etiquette Rules (see below).

** All additional family and friends entering the Garden must purchase regular garden admission.

Garden Etiquette

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors and to safeguard our valuable plant collections, we ask all to follow the guidelines listed below. Visitors who choose not to comply may be asked to leave the Garden.

• Leave flowers and plants for everyone to enjoy. Do not collect or remove seeds, flowers, fruits, and vegetables, plant labels, etc.

• Tossing of flower petals, confetti, rice, or leaves is prohibited. An alternative option that is allowed are bubbles.

• Children should be supervised at all times.

• Pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted. Special “Dog Days” – specific days and times when dogs are allowed - are noted on our calendar of events. (No Dog events scheduled in March, April) · Stay on designated pathways at all times. Do not block pathways or access for other visitors.

• Visitors are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. All professional photographic sessions must have an appointment, pay a fee in advance, and abide by the Garden photography policy.

• Drone flying is not allowed over Garden property.

• Do not feed or handle any wildlife. It can be harmful to them and you. Balloons and kites are not allowed.

• The Garden is a family-friendly environment. Appropriate attire is required on all guests at all times including shirts/tops, pants/slacks/shorts and shoes.

• Restrooms are not to be used for changing clothes, etc.

 

Not allowed: • Pets except for designated seasonal Dog Day/Night events which are designated on our calendar.

• Outside alcohol, glass containers, chairs, tables and firearms.

• Portable music players without headphones.

• Nicotine products including electronic cigarettes and chewing tobacco.

• Running, climbing, athletic games, kites, balloons, sport balls of any kind

• Bicycles/tricycles, rollerblades, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted. Adult-controlled children’s items with wheels are permitted (e.g., strollers, wagons).

• Drones

• Wading or swimming in water features, pond or lake

Visitors grant permission to Tulsa Botanic Garden to utilize their image, likeness, and/or sound recordings for the purpose whatsoever in perpetuity.
