Botanic Garden of Lights 2021

Reconnect with family and friends in the garden illuminated with colorful lights. Make s’mores over fire pits, enjoy holiday music and take in the spirit of the season in our magical garden escape. 

NIGHTLY: Hot drinks (with spiked options), water, beer, wine and s’more kits are available every night for purchase.  Holiday hay maze/snowball pit, photo stops and fire pits will be available each night. (weather permitting)

Holiday MODEL RAILROAD by the Tulsa Garden Railroad club will be in the Mabee Grange: Dec. 2-5
BOTANICAL ST. NICK will be here on: Dec. 22 and 23 from 5:30-7:30. Bring your camera!
LET IT GO! The Snow Queen and Snow Princess will be visiting on Friday, Dec. 10 & Saturday, Dec. 11 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
WISHING LANTERNS: Monday, Dec. 20, 5-7 p.m. The Tower Princess will be in the Children’s Discovery Garden from and visitors can purchase a wishing lantern ($5 onsite, limited quantity) to float in the Round Pond. 
KID’S TRAIN RIDES are every night except Sundays. 

LIVE JAZZ MUSIC in the Mabee Grange each Sunday, 5:30-8:30 p.m. except Jan. 2

TIMED ENTRY TICKETS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE PURCHASED ONLINE.

To offer the best experience for our guests, we have timed-entry tickets (each hour from 5 to 8 p.m.) and limited capacity throughout the night.  Advance tickets are highly recommended as dates and time-slots do sell out (and ticket prices increase at 5 p.m. on the day of the event.  We offer no guarantee of tickets at the door. 

Advance ticket prices go off sale at 4:59 p.m. the night of the event.  Starting at 5 p.m., if any tickets are available for the event that evening, they are “At-the-door” prices below (both in person and online):

Note: Garden Guest Passes cannot be used for Botanic Garden of Lights.

A limited number of discounted tickets are available for those who have a valid SNAP or WIC EBT card – see details.

 Helpful Tips –

– Plan your visit and buy tickets in advance. Fridays and Saturdays sell out quickest as well as the week prior to Christmas. 

Arrival:

– Gates open at 5 p.m. – We open our entrance gates at 5 p.m.  If you arrive early, please pull to the side to allow food trucks, volunteers or other staff to have entry. 

– Check your time period for entry.  We do not guarantee entry if you arrive before or after the timed-entry period shown on your ticket. Tickets are non-refundable.

– Dress for the weather – This is an outdoor walking event, dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Rain or shine. 

– Check our social media for last minute updates! If at all possible, we’ll post menus from the food trucks and other information there – helpful for planning. 

 Food Truck Schedule: Food trucks will be open 5:30-8:30 p.m. Depending on crowd volume, food trucks may sell out before 8:30 p.m. Tulsa Botanic Garden is not responsible for food truck closure due to sell-out. Updates will be posted here and on our social media. 

Museums for All – A limited number of tickets are available each night for those who qualify for Museums for All program (currenlty enrolled for SNAP -Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or WIC – Women, Infants & Children Program). Tickets are $6/person for ages 16+ for up to 4 people. Children 3-15 yrs are $1. Ages 2 and under are free, but require a ticket. Tickets are limited. A Valid SNAP or WIC EBT card and photo ID w/matching name must be shown with tickets at entry.  Purchase online here.
