Friday, May 6, 1 p.m.: First Friday Horticulture Tour: Join a staff horticulturist for a walking tour in the Garden. Tour will last 30-60 minutes. Free with admission; pre-register on website.
Saturday, May 7, 11 a.m.: Tree Fort Storytime: Meet in the Children’s Discovery Garden as Garden President & CEO Chuck Lamson reads Percy’s Museum by Sara O’Leary & Carmen Mok. Free with admission.
Sunday, May 8, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.: Mother’s Day Seed Giveaway: Moms visiting with their families receive a free packet of seeds, while supplies last.
Half Price Promotion – Hanson Day attendees receive half-price tickets to the Garden May 12-15. Be prepared to show your Hanson Day ticket or wristband at the door when you check in with your advanced tickets purchased below.
Half Price Promotion – PGA Tournament attendees receive half-price tickets to the Garden May 17-22. Be prepared to show your PGA Tournament ticket at the door when you check in with your advanced Garden tickets purchased below.
Thursday, May 12, 6 p.m.: Aria Yoga with Tulsa Opera: Bring your yoga mat for a yoga class in the Garden with the glorious sounds of the Tulsa Opera. All skill levels are welcome. Members of Tulsa Opera will provide a short concert at the end of class. Free for Garden members. Non-members: $8 for ages 16+, $4 for ages 3-15. Garden closes at 5 p.m. and re-opens at 5:40 p.m.
Saturday, May 14: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Dog Day: Dog Days are special days when your four-legged family member can join you for a walk in the Garden From 10 to 1, ARF Tulsa, Pause4Paws Oklahoma and Pet Supplies Plus will be on the Great Lawn. Botanic Bar will be open from 10 to 2. Free for Garden members and their dogs. Regular admission and $4 for non-member dogs.
Saturday, May 21, 11 a.m.: Botanical Sign Language: What better way to learn how to sign “flower,” “tree,” and “lake” than when you’re surrounded by those very things? Diana Emerson, certified interpreter and Program Director at TSHA (the non-profit agency serving deaf individuals), will share the beauty of American Sign Language in the beautiful setting of our gardens. Not only will she share garden signs, but she’ll show you how to sign the words YOU want to know! Free with admission. All ages welcome.
Tuesday, May 24, 7-10 a.m.: Members’ Early Morning: Members and their accompanying guests (either with guest pass or as part of membership benefit) can enjoy the Garden with an early morning stroll, photography or bird watching.
Monday, May 30, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Garden will be open on Memorial Day (10 a.m.-5 p.m.) and small U.S. flags will be given with admission while supplies last.
HOURS: Tues.-Sun., 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Advance, timed-entry tickets are recommended and you will save $1-2/ticket by purchasing up to the day before visit. Tickets at the door are $10 for ages 16+, $5 for ages 3-15. Children 2 and under are free, but do need a ticket.
