Garden summer hours (through August 31) are Tues.-Sun, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
July 1-4, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.: Open daily, 4th of July Holiday Weekend.
On July 3 & 4, get a patriotic temporary tattoo in Visitor Center.
Friday, July 7, 10:30 a.m.: First Friday Horticulture Tour
Join one of our horticulturists for a 45-minute walking tour to explore what’s blooming. Tour is free with admission, but reserve tour tickets on website or by phone.
Saturday, July 8, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.: Second Saturday Dog Day
Bring your pup for this special day when they can join you for a Garden walk. Dogs must be on a 6’ or shorter non-retractable leash. Owners must clean up after their pets. Dogs are free, but tickets are required. Get advance tickets on website for quick check in.
Saturday, July 15, 9 a.m.-noon: Allan Storjohann will be broadcasting his KRMG Gardening Show live from the Garden. Bring your gardening and plant questions.
Saturday, July 15, 9:15-10:45 a.m.: Yoga & Meditation Workshop
Katie Kelly, RYT 200, will again be leading this popular yoga and meditation workshop. All levels of experience will benefit. Class size limited. Find details and tickets on website. Tickets include Garden admission and are $5 for Garden members; $20 for non-members.
Saturday, July 15, 10-11 a.m. “Busy Bees” Garden Storytime with Jenny Akuma from Magic City Books.
Join us for a special bee-themed Storytime as we welcome guest reader Jenna Akuma from Magic City Books. Following the story reading, kids can make a bee craft to take home. Free with admission
Grand Opening of Bumgarner Family Foundation Lotus Pool and Stanford Family Liberty Garden
July 21-28: Half price admission with donation of canned/non-perishable food items that will benefit food pantries at Iron Gate and Help Works, Inc.
Friday, July 21, 10 a.m.: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell and other dignitaries will join us under the tent for this short ceremony. The public is invited. Tours and activities will begin at 10:30 a.m.
Friday, July 21, 6:30-8:30 p.m.: Members’ Opening Party
Bring a picnic or get food and drinks from our Garden of Eatin’ and bar. Tulsa cover band The Dandies will play songs of 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. Josh’s Sno Shack will have complimentary snow cones. We’ll have tours, lawn games and more. Bring chairs or a blanket. Advance tickets are encouraged; get them online or by phone. Members can buy tickets to bring non-member friends/family for $10/$5.
Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.: Grand Opening Weekend
