Thursday, August 4, 6-7:30 p.m.: INFUSED-A Botanic Cocktail Hour – SOLD OUT

Experience cocktails infused with the flowers, fruits, and foliage of Tulsa Botanic Garden. Horticulturist and bartender Jeffrey Fox will demonstrate how to feature the tastes and smells of your garden in homemade cocktails. Workshop will include infused spirit tasting, two cocktails, two mocktails, light charcuterie and recipe cards. Ages 21+ only.

Saturday, August 6, 11 a.m.: Tree Fort Storytime

Meet in the shade of our Tree Fort in the Children’s Discovery Garden as Garden staff will share a nature-related story. Free with admission.

Saturday, August 13, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.: Second Saturday Dog Day

Dog Days are special days when your four-legged family member can join you for a walk (and sniff) in the Garden. From 10 to 1, Tulsa SPCA will be onsite with information and pups looking for their forever homes. Wading pools will be available for cooling paws after your walk. Free for Garden members and their dogs. Regular admission and $4 for non-member dogs.

Saturday, August 13, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Make a Kokedama Workshop


Kokedama is a style of potting up a plant in a moss ball which can be hung or displayed on a flat surface. Nursery & Plant Records Manager Lori Fry will lead participants in creating a staghorn fern kokedama and each participant will also receive a “surprise” plant to make a second. Workshop will be in our Mabee Grange. Ticket includes all materials and admission to the Garden for the day. Early Bird Pricing through July 31: Members: $35; Non-members: $40; August 1-12 at 3 pm: Members: $40; Non-members: $45; August 12, 3:01 pm – August 13: Members:$45; Non-members: $50

Sunday, August 21: National Senior Citizens’ Day


Admission for anyone 65 and over will be half-price ($5 instead of $10). Discount at the door.

Tuesday, August 30, 7-10 a.m.: Members’ Early Morning

Garden members can enjoy the Garden in the earlier, cooler hours of the morning! It’s a great time for photography, bird-watching or a stroll through the Garden as our horticulture team prepares for opening.

ADMISSION and HOURS: The Botanic Garden is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Advance tickets are recommended and can be purchased via the website or by phone at a discount of $1-2 per ticket. Same day admission is $10 for ages 16+, $5 for ages 3-15. Children 2 and under are free. The Garden offers discounted admission for those with a valid SNAP or WIC EBT card and photo ID: $2 for ages 16+ and $1 for ages 3-15.
